Job duties will be performed on cooling towers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, chillers, WSHPs, splits systems, package units, four-pipe fan coils, VAVs, and VRF systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Equipment change-out and retrofits
• Install mechanical systems following specifications and design plans
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and follow regulations

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC service (preferred)
• EPA certification required
• VRF knowledge is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, various types      of drawings
• Clean DMV record and a valid California Driver’s License
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., 
• Climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations in hot/cold conditions
• Basic hand tools and meter
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• May be required to perform after-hours calls within a rotation
